About Us

Welcome to Gavyamrit Organics, where traditional dairy craftsmanship meets careful quality standards. We are dedicated to crafting A2 Bilona Ghee from indigenous Rathi and Sahiwal cow milk, following the traditional Bilona process.

Based in Raisinghnagar, Rajasthan, we follow a traditional approach to ghee making. Our fresh milk is slow-heated in traditional earthen pots over a fire made with cow dung and wood before being cultured into curd. The curd is then traditionally churned to obtain makkhan (butter), which is carefully processed into ghee.

Our small-batch approach reflects our commitment to traditional craftsmanship, quality and transparency.

Our Story

The story of Gavyamrit Organics began with a simple belief: traditional Indian dairy craftsmanship deserves to be preserved and experienced in its authentic form.

Based in Raisinghnagar, Rajasthan, we started Gavyamrit with a desire to bring traditional Bilona Ghee to modern families while staying connected to the practices and values that have been passed down through generations.

Our journey is closely connected with indigenous Rathi and Sahiwal cows. We source milk from our own cows as well as selected farmers, with a focus on careful sourcing and responsible handling.

We chose not to follow a purely industrial approach to ghee making. Instead, we continue to follow a traditional process in which milk is slow-heated in earthen pots over a fire made with cow dung and wood, then cultured into curd and traditionally churned to obtain makkhan. The makkhan is then carefully processed into ghee.

For us, this is more than a method of production. It is a way of respecting traditional dairy craftsmanship, taking the time to make the product carefully, and remaining transparent about how our ghee is made.

As Gavyamrit Organics grows, our goal remains simple: to create traditionally crafted A2 Bilona Ghee that our customers can understand, trust and enjoy.

Every jar represents our connection to Rajasthan, our respect for indigenous cows, and our commitment to keeping traditional dairy craftsmanship alive.
